adding Arlo cameras

I am trying to sync additional cameras to my existing base station. I have 2 cameras from a 2nd 2 camera kit. I never activated the 2nd base station or cameras.

I try syncing the additonal cameras the same way I did the first two. I press the sync button on the base station and get a green blinking light and then press the sync button on one camera and get the blue blinking light (slow then fast) same as the first 2. But they do not show up on my desk top or app.

I am wondering if the cameras where some how already linked to the base station (that I never activated).

Any Suggetions?

bigbrown,

Consider rebooting your base station by pressing the on-off button on the back of the base. Allow the base station to come back online and try again. Do you still see the same behavior?
