    <description>&lt;P&gt;VM3330C camera keeps activating every 1-2 minutes when there is nothing to detect.. I have changed the sensitivity settings but it still happens. I have been standing outside of the camera area and it went off with nothing to detect. No bugs, flies, birds, etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Changed the location with another camera and all is well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No, how do I get the malfunctioning camera exchanged or replaced under warranty? The website does not allow me to drill down to find the info.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;easiest way is to try to exchange or return to store you bought.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Otherwise, at bottom of every forum page is contact support buttom.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To rule out cam location is issue, bring it inside in quiet area and see if still continuing going off.\Also try rebooting cam (open, reclose battery cover) and base station (power button or unplug power)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
