cameras wont sync....tried reseting base....tried tapping sync.....removed camera from devices

What lights are showing on the base before during and after this problem?

Also, open and close the battery door to reset the camera and try again.

My 3rd camera won't sync either. Have removed batteries to reset camera. The first 3 lights (power, internet, and camera sync) are all solid green. When I synchronize the first two, the camera synchronize button would turn from solid green to blinking then solid again. On the camera I get a blue blinking light the a fast blinking amber. I've tried multiple times.

A few possibilities:

1) You're holding the base sync button rather than just pressing it briefly.

2) Firmware needs to be updated. Compare yours from Settings, My Devices, your devices to what's found in the Release Notes section here.

3) You may need to reset the system and start fresh. Remove all devices from Settings, My Devices and start fresh by using the Add Device button to add the base and sync the cameras.
