Batteries were still good. I have gone thru all the trouble shooting steps and a live chat. The problem is when you put batteries in and close the latch it blinks once blue and then nothing, it will not sync, no flashing blue light like normal and if you press the sync button nothing will happen. i have checked with new batteries and batteries out of a working unit and they all do the same thing. i have removed the device from the base station per the live chat and cannot add it back now.
