    <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you do a full factory reset or a power cycle of the base?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Remove and replace the battery in the camera forcing it to reconnect to the base.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Arlo records but isn't alerting me of movement</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As of this morning, my Arlo camera isn't picking up movement and alerting me.&amp;nbsp; I tried to reset the base but that didn't help. Batteries are almost full.&amp;nbsp; It will show me live video, so&amp;nbsp;I know the camera is working.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All notifications are the same as before and say to record and alert me of movement.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sounds like it could be a problem with the app. Uninstall the app. Restart your phone. Download the Arlo app again and log in&lt;/P&gt;</description>
