Try and remove that device using the app and then add it back again and resync the camera.

For good measure, power cycle the base as well.

We have had our cameras for about a year now. They have all worked great except the one started going off constantly the last few months - even after adjusting sensitivity. I thought it was perhaps the neighbors tree casting shadows over our driveway because there was nothing in any of the images (or other nearby cameras) until we just took it down to replace the batteries. We put new batteries in it but my husband left it sitting on the shelf facing a wall (next to another camera right next to it also facing the wall) and it went off constantly - so much so that I could barely get to its settings in my app because it said "in use" non stop. There is nothing in any of the video. I even turned it upside down and it still continued to go off until i was able to turn it off on my app. Please advise?? None of the other cameras do this.
