Hi there. I am getting fed up with this service.
I spent the whole day today trying to fix the problem.
The videos just will not load !!
I have tried everything:
Rebooted base station, router, camera, iphone !
Reinstalled the app !
Cleaned the cache !
Checked with the local technical support re my own internet speed !
All seems fine on my side !!

The videos are not good at desktop either.
I even called Arlo support just to get no result whatsoever !

It worked well for 2 days. Today is day 3. It stopped. I get alerts, but cannot play video as it won't download.

I did not update anything or install anything new.

Is that a solvable issue or I just payed for rubbish ?!

When you say videos will not load are you trying to play videos from your library or are you trying to live stream the cameras from the devices menu? Are you seeing any error messages?

This sounds like it could be an issue with the speed of your internet connection. Who is your ISP/what are you download/upload speeds?
