I purchased the Arlo from a major shopping channel last week. There were roughly 8,000 of these systems sold. The issues that have been stated on these posts are also affecting me. 10-20 second lag time between activation and recording. Limited recording time durin motion. This MUST be corrected since this has been an issue since 2015. I will definitely be giving my review and informing everyone of this MAJOR design flaw. I suspect many who purchased this sytem will see the same deficiencies I have and will return this item since there is a 30 day return.

you are aware that the record time can be increased to 120 sec per recording? And there are ways to improve the start of a recording. Both have been discussed in threads (btw 10-20 sec seems quite an exaggeration)
