      <description>&lt;P&gt;My base station is showing as off line. I have unplugged, re booted and checked the cables.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The first 3 lights on the base staion are green.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sometimes when my app shows the system as offline, I'll force close the app and wait 10 seconds and reopen the app and all's back to normal. Not sure if it's actually the system offline or just the app not connecting properly&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There is no WiFi light. The 3 are power, Internet and cameras.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It sounds like a reset should be done. Remove all devices in Settings, My Devices. Hold the reset button until the LEDs flash amber. Use the Add Device button on the Devices tab to add the base and sync the cameras. Be sure to only briefly press the sync button on the base - don't hold it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
