Over the last coulpe days my Arlo has been disconnecting itself. I did not lose internet and all the cables are intact. I fixed this before by turn the base station off and on again. Unfortunately, I cannot do this while I'm away. What can I do?

I am unable to find an option to reset my base station on my Android app. I am using the original arlo system. Is it in Arlo pro, etc?

JC, glad to meet you!

There is no reset for any Arlo system. There's a Restart button for any base or for the Q and Go cameras. To reset you need to use the reset button on the base or cameras (not on the wire cameras).

Android app - hit the three dot button at the top right > click "Settings" > click "My Devices" > Click the the top one which is whatever you have named your base station > Click the black box that says "RESTART"
