    <description>&lt;P&gt;Our&amp;nbsp;brand new Arlo cam isn't recording video and saving to library.&amp;nbsp;We chose the basic (free) option since we don't need to go back more than 7 days if&amp;nbsp;anything should happen, but the camera simply isn't picking up motion or recording/saving it at all. We've walked past the camera, jumped around, parked and moved the car, etc, and nothing. The only videos we have saved on our library are ones we recorded manually. I have sensitivity turned up to 100 and still nothing. I haven't received any movement notificaitons or emails, and the movement icon is black until i click on "live" and it goes gray. For reference, the camera is indoors behind a glass window, pointing out to our building's small private yard/parking area (the area most targeted by burglars lately).       <description>&lt;P&gt;Your issue is where the cameras are located. The wireless cameras use PIR detectors which require IR to be useful. &amp;nbsp;Glass blocks that IR so no motion will be detected. You can either position the cameras outdoors or return the system and use Q cameras which use pixel changes to detect motion.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
