You don't say PC, IOS, or Android.... but the real test is to download the file and then play it back and see if the issue continues

Mine is doing the same. Stalled right in the middle. August 13. Watched it 2 times. 3rd time stalled in the middle. Tried to rewatch on another pc and Android and did the same. Tried downloading it to see if better, not. I am using Chrome. Very import Video. Was going to use in court! Very disappointing and going to cost me alot.

Download the video and use the free VLC (latest version) to view. If that fails, it would seem that the video is goobered.
