Use the reset button on the base until the LEDs flash amber. Remove all devices from Settings, My Devices. Add the base using the Add Device button on the Cameras tab. Sync the cameras being sure to only briefly (<1 second) press the sync button on the base. That resets everything.

The battery door. Open and close it.

Opening and closing the battery door may reboot the camera but that's not "factory reset". Can someone please answer the question I'm sure a lot of us would love an answer to?

You can't reset a wireless camera. Opening and closing the battery door and verifying that you have the latest firmware is all you can do.
