Empty Library but loads of notifications

Have been away from home for a week with friends coming and going looking after my home. I was getting loads of notifications come through on my phone. Now home again and I have zero videos in the library! What's happened to all my videos? Where are they?

any chance when looking at vuds you had the filter to just look ay one cam and not all cams?

Hi - thanks. Nah I checked through all those fixes. I've searched the forum for answers and nothing seems to work. I've even made a new recording today by turning armed on and off again. Checked the notifications and new videos there. Seems like any videos while I was away and tried to check in via the app are not showing!

Library content that was older than 7 days would automatically be deleted. Newer content could only be delete manually, does anyone else have access to your account?

Hi - thanks. No the library is still within the 7 days. I have recordings from the day and night I left. But nothing from the next four days. Only I have access to the account.
