Arlo camera not detected

We just bought an Arlo camera last Thursday. It was working fine until today. This evening the camera was not detected. We have reset but to no avail. Is it possible that it already needs batteries?

Abstephens,

When you say the camera is not detected, do you mean the camera is displaying as offline? What is the LED behavior on the camera if you open and close the battery compartment door?
