&lt;P&gt;Adding to jguerdat's comment above, be sure to factory reset the base station by pressing and holding the reset button until all LEDs flash amber. Allow the base station to come back online and then attempt new system setup.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If your relatives had previously been using the system, have them log into their account and remove the various devices from Settings, My Devices. Then you should be able to set the system up in your account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
