&lt;P&gt;My camera have stopped recording and on my phone the will not update data. it says (getting status)? i have only had the cameras for three days. what do i need to do?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Easiest thing to do first is power button reboot the base unit.... let it come back online, test&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Next , un- install and re-install the app ,test&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ive reset the whole base, readded all the cameras and it works for like 2 hrs and then it gets stuck getting status.&amp;nbsp; Ill do a restart from the app or browser and still stuck in getting status&lt;/P&gt;</description>
