    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the suggestion. &amp;nbsp;I am now up and running although had to finally call Customer Service. &amp;nbsp;There was some issue with my username and password from the initial registration of the product. &amp;nbsp;That had to be redone. &amp;nbsp;Service Rep was very helpful although a bit challenged with English as a second language.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having challenges with the setup. &amp;nbsp;I am at the continue stage of the setup and the app is asking that I ensure that I am connected to the internet. &amp;nbsp;I am plugged into a Comcase modem but am getting an amber light where plugged in and the internet light on the base station is not on. &amp;nbsp;Any suggestions here?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You should be plugging Intl a router, not a modem. Some modems have built-in routers - is that what you have? The lack of a green Internet LED means nlo connection which could be a bad or wrong cable, a bad port on either the base or router or a configuration setting in the router blocking access. You can try a factory reset of the base using the reset button until the LEDs flash amber and try again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
