&lt;P&gt;The email and password are LOCKED tothe serial number of the base unit... you may have to go thru Netgear Support to clear it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The only option to reset the base is the reset ( hold in for 10 secs till all the front leds flash ) but this does not unlock the serial number to the original account&lt;/P&gt;</description>
