    <description>&lt;P&gt;James,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you. &amp;nbsp;I had changed the batteries. &amp;nbsp;The strength is good. &amp;nbsp;I had to take the batteries out and let it sit for 30 min then reset the wole camera. &amp;nbsp;So far it is working and it updated&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have 3 cameras, One of them I've been trying to update for an hour to no avail. Error msg i'm getting is " Upgrade Version Invalid" .&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; If it's invalid why did it work on other ones?&amp;nbsp; Need a solution plz.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Check to make sure the signal strength is good on the camera (you might consider bringing the camera close to the base station until the update completes). Also consider installing a fresh set of batteries. Are you still seeing the same behavior?&lt;/P&gt;
