Anyone else having an issue on a camera not updating?? I have tried for 6 days now to update and it just wont.

I have 3 cameras, One of them I've been trying to update for an hour to no avail. Error msg i'm getting is " Upgrade Version Invalid" . If it's invalid why did it work on other ones? Need a solution plz.

Check to make sure the signal strength is good on the camera (you might consider bringing the camera close to the base station until the update completes). Also consider installing a fresh set of batteries. Are you still seeing the same behavior?

Thank you. I had changed the batteries. The strength is good. I had to take the batteries out and let it sit for 30 min then reset the wole camera. So far it is working and it updated
