Firmware update 1.2.11810

I keep getting prompted to update my firmware for 1 of my 4 cameras. I have gone into settings and completed this manually several times and it continues to prompt me as the update did not occur. What should I be attempting?

Sometimes power cycling the base helps.

SROB,

It could be that the battery level or signal strength for that camera is too low to complete the update. Consider bringing the camera close to your base station and installing a fresh set of batteries. Attempt the update again to see if you still get the same behavior.
