Arlo camera wont turn on after new batteries and firmware update

I updated the firmware on my arlo camera after replacing the batteries. Now, I get no LED light of any color and the camera wont sync with the base. Any suggestions? Firmware 1.2.10342 Hardware H7

What happens when you open and close the battery door? You should see a blue LED indicating power and then sync. It's possible that batteries aren't making contact with the door so remove them, simply place them in their slots without pushing them down and let the door do the push.

Also, you have old firmware. According to the Release Notes section here, the latest firmware is 1.2.11810.

When I close the battery door I do not see any light, although I did see a light when I first put in new batteries. The light stopped appearing when I ran the firm ware update. Perhaps the update did not go through.

If you also tried the suggestion to reinsert the batteries with no luck I'd open a case with support using the Contact Support link at the bottom here.
