I have the Arlo cameras. They do not respond to motion, even when set on 100 %

What am I doing wrong ?

Hopefully not trying to see motion thru glass...that is NG, doesn't work.

Also have you ARMED them in the MODE section? ( is the running man black above the cameras ? Arm the camera and then go to devices and check ( live view screen)..if gray the cameras are not correctly armed )

I am having the same issue - installed yesterday I was getting alerts then nothing.

Power cycling the base is always a good first step.

The manual says something about a blue lamp blinking, when there is activity infront of the camera. I get a message, that says, there has been activity.... but there is no lamp blinking, and the activity does not get recorded ???

I have restarted the base, with no result 😞

Does your blue lamp blink, when you move in front of the camera ?

Mine doesn't.

My live viev is live, an I can manuay record, and then see it in the library.

After activity i front of the camera, I sometimes get a red dot with a 1 in, saying that there is a recorded clip, but there is nothing when I click on it ????

Perhaps there is some setup problem with "the cloud" ?

Its not thru glass.... The men are black, and the live viev works perfect.

I can record manualy, and see it afterwords.

I get an alert, when activity in front of the camere, but it doesn't record the activity ???

I can't morse... sorry 🙂
