topic Inverted Picture Stuck in Arlo

I know there are a lot of posts about similar issues but I cannot locate one about this specific problem.

I changed the orientation of one of my cameras to inverted and later decided that I did not want it inverted. I turned off the rotate image and repositioned the camera. All was well for a while but when I viewed the image again it was inverted.

I've changed it many times and the non-inverted setting just will not stick. I've even removed the camera and added it like new again and it still inverts the image on it's own. I've removed the batteries a couple of times to reset it. I've changed the rotate image setting both in the iOS app and online.

Many posts here say change it and save the setting but I cannot find a save button anywhere.

This is driving me crazy. Has anyone actually solved this with the latest firmware and app?

Arlo Wireless Camera

Camera firmware is 1.2.11810

Hardware H7

App version 2.4.3

There is no save for Invert so you're not crazy.

It could somehow be an issue withe the image caches for the app and browser. Try clearing the cache in both and try a different browser, too.

Edit: try power cycling the base, too.
