Camera zoom in video settings never working?

Every time I try to use camera zoom, the box is bank. No image shows. Ever. Any ideas? Camera positioning works fine. Live view works fine.

is this on phone or computer? If phone, what OS?

if phone do you have same problem on computer? If computer, does problem persist if you try a different browser?

It won't work on either my Galaxy S8+ nor my Apple iPad. 2 cameras on the system, both showing the same problem. I have reset the base station, to no avail.

Did you click on Snapshot to try to force an image?

Not to be funny, but for the Pan/Zoom are you hitting the SNAPSHOT button or is it GRAYED out?

Also I recommend you try it on a PC ( if u already are, change browsers ) at https://arlo.netgear.com/

I went thru all my cameras ( diff revisions ) and tho it takes about 10 secs, the all pop up ( using win 10/ firefox / chrome )
