Arlo won't record when any motion is detected

After following all the enclosed instructions and properly installing the Arlo, it worked perfectly. Now it won't record when any motion is detected. I can get live stream and manually record, but still no notifications are being sent to my phone and no recordings are being made. Need help now.

Are the running men for each camera in the Devices tab black or gray? Black means they're armed, gray means disarmed. Check your active mode in the Mode tab. Select your base and verify that it's not in the Disarmed mode. Try power cycling the base. any luck?

And yes the running man is Black. The Mode is Armed.

Yup. Since the mode is correct, restarting the base may clear whatever is problematic.
