It doesn't go off when there's sunlight, it goes off when a change in IR across the detectors is noted. Leaves blowing and reflecting the sun's IR is what usually causes this. That's why positioning is important - try to eliminate things that change due to wind from the camera's view.

Anyone having issues where the camera picks up false motions due to sunlight?

It still uses PIR detectors so positioning and sensitivity will need tweaking.

I have adjusted the camera location and also the sensitivity but still seems to happen. Any other ideas? Surely it can't keep going off each time there is sunlight?

The issue is if the camera is at the best angle for the area to cover abit hard to move. Anything else that can be done?

Probably not easily. If positioning isn't possible, removing the source of the reflections (trimming branches?) would seem to be the next step.
