could be a defective cam or

something is now interfering with the wifi signal so rule that out by placing this cam where one of the good ones is and see what happens.

rule out battery problem by taking the batteries out of a good cam. make sure batteries are in right and don't push down but let closing battery door seat them. If these batteries also won't work check for dirty contacts.

Need some help please. I have 4 WiFi Arlo cameras. All were working until yesterday when one of them started flashing Blue/Amber. I checked and changed the batteries as it suggested and tried to sync back with the base station. It won't. I removed the camera and again tried to synce as a new camera, even changing the batteries a second time, still the Blue/Amber flashing. Is the camera defective or am I doing something worng? I've not seen this problem before and I've had the system up and running successfully for 9 months on the same batteries....Any help would be appreciated..

The alternating blue/amber flashing means it's updating the firmware. Hopefully you didn't try things too fast when first noticed =- the firmware update may now be goobered and you have a camera in an unknown state. Open a case with support using the Contact Support link at the bottom here.
