    <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have a problem with one of my cameras.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Intermittently one of the cameras goes 'offline'. I have changed the position of the camera and even sat it next to the base station and this still happens.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have even swapped the cameras around and this problem stays with the same camera.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have reset the base station various times, removed and reinserted the batteries in the problematic camera and downloaded the latest firmware possible.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;All of the above still doesn't work.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After spending £300 on this product I am really disappointed.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can someone help me before I start to complain and involve the various ombudsmens?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;James</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It sound like you have tried all of the obvious things.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Contact support on the link below. For now that would make the most sense before getting hold of anyone outside Netgear.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
