I have gotten the results I needed from my surveillance. The criminal has been arrested. I want to shut down the entire operation properly and pass the equipment to someone else. Can you please give me a step by step instruction on closing down entirely? The Camera and taping worked wonderfully.

Log in to your Arlo account and navigate to Settings > My Devices > select your base station > Remove device. This will release the base station from your account and allow it to be added to another account.

Be sure to download and store locally any library content you wish to save for later use.
