Using the search for answers can be your best friend since this has been asked and answered dozens of times.

Go into the mode you are using, expand to the cam or cams you want to turn email notifications and uncheck email notification.

The answers to how to turn off email notifications was not helpful. The answer starts with go to the mode you are in. What does that mean? Where do I go in the app to turn off these email notifications?

To understand how the system operates means you must understand modes and rules which are spelled out clearly in the FAQs here as well as in many threads. To get started, use the Mode tab, select your base and edit the default Armed mode. All settings are in there. Be sure to save.
