Trouble with night vision

I have 2 regular Arlo wireless cameras posted up in my back yard. A month or so ago, one of them lost its abilty to diplay night vision. The two cameras can see one another, which is what makes what's happening weird. The one that still displays night vision properly can see the other Arlo on, with its infrared light on. But when I switch to LIVE views on both, one of them doesn't show night vision, the camera is mostly pitch black at night. Is there anything I can do to fix this? I don't want to throw the camera away, cause it's fine during the day, but I really want the night vision. Any suggestions?!

Try a battery pull reset of the camera. Try adjusting the brightness within the live view. Are you still within your warranty period?
