When you sign in to your Arlo account. What does the signal strength icon show for your cameras? It sounds like there could be a range or interference issue.

I have 5 arlo cams,4 original cameras and 1 arlo pro. I have had the cameras for about 4 months now and they have been trouble from the start. The main problem has been with the cameras going OFFLINE.I have increased my internet speed to Comcast Blast,I replaced the old modem router combo I was using to the Arris 6190 modem and the Asus ac 1900 router.

The last time I called the rep told me make sure the base station is not too close to the router.I still not able to get there camers to work properly. FEED UP WITH ARLO CAMS
