    <description>&lt;P&gt;Open and close the cameras battery door to reset the camera..let them re-sync ( should do it automatically )&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;After above, reboot the base unit by using the power button&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If all above doesn't work there are other things that can be done&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Camera stopped working after app updated</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;One of my 2 cameras has stopped recording after app was updated.&amp;nbsp;I have re-synced the camera to the base station a couple of times, and this does not work. The camera&amp;nbsp;batteries are&amp;nbsp;at 87%.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;The camera began by showing fuzzy videos, then stopped recording altogether. It will show a live picture sometimes, but does not respond to movement.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
