    <description>&lt;P&gt;I receive notifications right away but cannot view video on app or in email for quite a few minutes.&amp;nbsp; Need to see if this can be adjusted.&amp;nbsp; Hate to think someone is causing an issue at my home, and I can't view what is going on for minutes after the notification.&amp;nbsp; We are using Comcast highest speed internet at home.&amp;nbsp; Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>It can't be adjusted. You can try power cycling the base but I doubt that will help. If it continues, open a case with support using the Contact Support link at the bottom here.</description>

&lt;P&gt;Push notifications are received immediately after motion detection. It may take longer to receive the library video/email alert due to the content not being available until the recording is complete. The longer the recording length, the longer it will take before the clip arrives your library.&lt;/P&gt;
