Are there any plans to require pin/password to launch the Arlo app?

Hi All,

Tried searching but unable to find if this has been asked before.

Are there any plans to add a security layer to the Arlo app so that when it is launched it requires a pin/password?

While I use security lock on my phone i would like to see an additional layer of security so you cant just launch the app and go straight into a live feed. Would be great to at least have this as an option within the app.

It's designed to have a login password but if you clicked "remember me" or whatever, it will open without needing the password. You could add the requirement for a fingerprint as well IIRC

Yes...also if you really log out in SETTINGS, the app should require a sign in with password
