Yes, all of the batteries are fresh with more than 50% of life left as indicated in the control panel. The strange thing is that all of the cameras went down within seconds of each other on July 4. When I go to my iPhone app it says "this Arlo device is off-line". That's the message for all the cameras. The base station seems to be functioning properly… Three green lights and appears to be connected to the Internet because I can see it through the iPhone app or the website portal. I've also reset the base station remotely through the website portal and the iPhone app.

I've had the system up and running for several months and it's been awesome for a free wireless cloud-based system. Two days ago all five of my cameras went off-line. I've checked the connection at the base station and I have good Internet there… Three green lights :-). I reset the base station from my iPhone app… Nothing seems to help. It's like an update came out and For some reason my system hasn't been able to update correctly? I'm at a loss… I'm not sure why the cameras won't connect. They all drop that at the exact same time(2 days ago)… Sounds very suspicious to me… Help

aj

Try removing the affected cameras in Settings, My Devices and resync them.
