It might be useful to check your modes and rules to verify that push notifications are enabled. Might also be worth enabling email notifications, too, for the time being. While you're at it, power cycle the base and restart your phone. Be sure you actually have the latest app since there was a bad one, 2.4.3, that was rolled out and then retracted. 2.4.4 is the current version.
