      <title>Base station cannot be discovered, even though both power and internet lights are green</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have followed the instructions for a new installation over and over again. I plug the base unit into my router and then I power up the Base unit. Both the power light and the internet light turn green. I then use my phone (and tried a different phone and tried my PC) and the same problem happens over and over. Both devices are on the same network. I have tried the factory reset, I have tried rebooting the router, same thing every time. Two green lights but then the message "Base station cannot be discovered" comes on every time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried calling customer support but the hold times are outrageous. Any ideas? Thanks for your help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
