    <description>&lt;P&gt;Any chance that your router has modifications for security? &amp;nbsp;Port 123 to arlo.netgear.com has to be open for correct time sync via NTP. If you don't own the router, you may need to contact your ISP for help.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Try restarting you whole network (modem, router and base) by power switch/unplugging. &amp;nbsp;Bring them back up in that order, allowing each to initialize before doing the next. This will sometimes set things right.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Worst case, a factory reset on the base may be needed but try the others first.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ever since we set this system up the time and date have been wrong by 9 days.&amp;nbsp; Yes I have my time zone selected correctly and yes i have tried rebooting the base.&amp;nbsp; ANy other&amp;nbsp;suggestions on this would be greatly appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I could be wrong here but if it takes date/time from your router/internet modem could it be the date/time therein is wrong?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;my computer and voip phone are both connected to the same router and they both have the correct date and time.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
