How are your accounts arranged? Has one party been Granted Access?

Perhaps while you were away, your (phone?) data speed was insufficient to stream a live feed

I started out with 2 of the original Arlos, then added an Arlo Pro and an Arlo Q. I have had them for about 6 months or so and with the exception of a few minor glitches, have worked well. I live in North Carolina. My oldest daughter lives in Dallas, Tx and has access to everything on the Arlo app and can see everything from her end just fine. I took a vacation to Disney World last week and when I arrived in Florida I tried to access Arlo via Arlo app in order to check on the house via live feed, but I kept getting a msg that read "Unable to play. Please try again". This happened SEVERAL times before I just said forget it and gave up. I was however, still able to get notifications on movements and view the recordings. This continued even as I arrived back in town, up until I got home and connected to my home wifi (which is the same wifi my Arlo base is connected to). Now, everything is normal once again. I don't understand why this happened. I was depending on Arlo while out of state and was let down, but my daughter in Texas -which is much further from my Arlos than Florida- could see everything just fine. What happened???

At that time only 1 person was granted access (my daughter in Dallas, Tx). I have live streamed all cameras from my phone. My preference is live streaming (from my phone) and that's what I do about 75% of the time. Sometimes I view only 1 camera at a time, but mostly I view them all at once. Very rarely do I view anything while at home, I usually view away from home. I don't have a laptop or computer at home- I always use and have always used my phone. My daughter in Dallas also uses her phone when viewing via the app. When Im at work I view from my computer. I haven't had a problem since I returned from vacation. It was only when I drove out of town.
