One of my arlo hd wireless free cameras, keeps losing its night vision and it is completely dark. It has happened at least 5 times in about 2 weeks. Firmware is 1.2.10342, model version vmc3030 arlo had wire free. It is positioned in the conservatory about 5 to 6 meters from windows..

the others seem fine, but this constantly plays up..

Someone else had this same problem and was also on an old firmware. Power cycle your base. Hopefully the firmware will update overnight

Definitely old firmware - mine is 1.2.11810. You can always check in the Release Notes area here for the latest versions.
