    <description>&lt;P&gt;turn off all three in this order... modem, router, and base unit.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Turn them back on after a couple mins &lt;STRONG&gt;in same order,&lt;/STRONG&gt; give each one time to reboot and come online.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If this fails, you could try and change the port the base unit is plugged into on your router...you aren't going to get anything until the INTERNET led goes green.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Power outage reconnection</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Had a local power outage this morning, about 1 hour. &amp;nbsp;When power was restored, my arlo pro base station won't reconnect to internet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unplugged from router, reconnected cable.....no joy.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Turned off power, rebooted ........ no joy.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unplugged router cable, re plugged into different port .....no joy.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All needed/proper lights showing green on router.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Arlo has green on power and camera lights. Nothing on Internet light.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did resets. My router and modem are one unit. Still no joy.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Pushed reset button on base station to go back to factory settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good news! &amp;nbsp;Success!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bad news. Had to re-sync all my cameras. Get ladder, remove cameras, resync, reinstall cameras.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
