Is there a way to switch recording from netgear cloud to local attched USB drive or a NAS? Thanks

PS. i know arlo pro does have the option. mine is arlo.

there have been dozens if not hundreds of posts that this is only possible with the arlo pro base station.

the usb ports on the arlo basic base station are not active

Thanks so much. I guess netgear is the only one can get this sorted, maybe a firmware upgrade.

as memtioned in many other posts it's unlikely that a firmware update will chane this since the processor, unlike the one in the Arlo Pro , wouldn't be able to handle.
