      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try a battery pull restart of the camera. If that doesn't work, get the camera exchanged for a new one&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;In Jan when I discovered I had a bad base station, I used email contact support, and they took up to 2 days to reply as we went through the various steps to determine base station was a dud&lt;/P&gt;</description>
