For last couple weeks there is no motion of sound detection....even though changed sensitivity to max, previously had to decrease as it was recording even when my dog was snoring, now dog walker is coming in, leaving my dog and no notification.....both cameras in different places

Check to make sure your camera is still armed. Are you using the default "Armed" mode or a custom mode?

You might also consider a base station reboot using the on-off button. Allow the base station to come back online and try again. Do you still see the same behavior?
