I walk up to my car, I see the amber light start to blink, I get no notifaction that it recorded anything, and no video appears in the library

The box says model #VMS3130

Your batteries could be almost flat. Here is guide to what the flashing leds mean.

When you log into the app., what does it tell you about the battery voltage?

Is the camera still sync'd?

Replace the batteries and restart the base for good measure.

Blinks blue once. The camera is powered on.

Slowly blinks blue. The camera is syncing with the base station.

Rapidly blinks blue. The camera is synced with the base station.

Slowly blinks amber. The camera’s batteries are low.

Rapidly blinks amber. The camera did not sync with the base station.

Blinks amber and blue. A firmware update is in progress. DO NOT TURN OFF THE CAMERA.

Yep. Flat batteries. Open the app the check the battery level or really you can just change the batteries
