Base Station VMB4000 not getting power

Hi there

I bought my Arlo base station with one camera a couple of weeks ago. all was good.

I may have turned the station off using my phone by mistake or something else, but I am not able to get the power back into the station. ie not able to see any light appearing in the on/off. the power chord is connected and I tried different power sources and I still can't get the power on.

anything else I can do???

If you can't get the base to power up properly, you may be able to swap the system at the store. You can also open a case using the Contact Support link at the bottom here.

if the adater is plugged into the ac outlet and the base... and the power on/off button does nothing. ... there is not much else you can do
