      <description>&lt;P&gt;Use the task manager to close the app. Then start the app again. You might have to do this twice&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Uninstall and reinstall. &amp;nbsp;There was a bad update released the other day that has been pulled. &amp;nbsp;The reinstall will get you a working version. &amp;nbsp;There are other threads here about the same thing.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
