If the system time is right ( on playback ) , resetting prob will NOT fix anything....

The fact that the epoch time is off is strange , but prob only answered by Netgear Support... may be a bug

Hello, i have a small isue with time stamps.

I would prefer to have YYYYMMDDHHMM.mp4 but now since Netgear has gone for the Epoch solution i get this problem,

In the Arlo software it says a movie is recorded say 09.45 June 29.

I save the movie to my computer and convert Epoch and the time is 07.45 June 29.

2 hours off, no reason why as i am in UTC+01.00, (Stockholm, Sweden)

I have restarted but not done a complete reset of the whole system with pairings etc.

Any suggestions?

Thank's for checking!

That explains one of the hours if GMT is used as base for Epoch since GMT is DST flexible...

In the Arlo software it says (UTC+01.00) so it IS a bug in the Arlo/Epoch usage.

I will see if i can pass this on to Netgear/Arlo!

/Joakim

Update.

Just had an hour of chat support and they have no

clue it seems, unclear if the "glitch" is piped on or if it's

a "poof"

I was asked to send a movie through the chat window

and then the chat was gone... 2 hours off confirmed by

recording a live stream and then d/l and check the Epoch

stamp.
